A report on page seven yesterday stated that lawyer Charles Richardson was found by a Magistrate to be in breach of his conditional discharge for cannabis possession.

Mr. Richardson has asked us to point out that the Magistrate did not make a finding that he was in breach of the order, and it was his own application for the order to be revoked and replaced with a criminal conviction.
