A burglar got away with seven cartons of cigarettes from a business premises in Pembroke yesterday.

The break-in took place early Friday at a property in North Shore Road, and was reported by the complainant at 7.10 a.m.

A Bermuda Police Service spokesman said: "The complainant stated that sometime earlier in the morning an unknown culprit gained entry into a storage room on the premises. The culprit stole seven cartons of cigarettes."
