Burglars are set for a boozy weekend after breaking into a bar and restaurant and stealing several bottles of liquor.

According to the Police, the culprits targeted the North Rock Brewing Company on South Road, Smith's, overnight on Wednesday.

Meanwhile another burglary in Smith's is also being investigated by the Police.

The culprit got into a home in Nu-Castle Lane between 2.30pm and 4.30pm on Thursday and stole cash and jewellery.
