Butterfield Bank saw its common share price drop 6.25 percent (10 cents) yesterday, to close the week $1.50.

The bank traded 25,132 shares on an otherwise quiet day on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX).

Meanwhile Argus traded 1,500 shares, with its share price holding steady at $6.50.

The Royal Gazette / BSX index lost 53.23 points, or four percent, to close at 1,271.97.

Volume topped 30,000 shares, with turnover just short of $32,000.
