Police investigate break-ins

Police are investigating two burglaries when jewellery and cash were stolen.In the first, someone broke into the Boaz Island Shell Marine and service station in Sandys overnight on Saturday and stole cash.And Police were also called to a burglary at a house on Tribe Road Number One, in Devonshire, which had been broken into sometime between 7 p.m. on Thursday and 4 p.m. on Sunday. A white gold chain was stolen.

Police said four people were arrested over the weekend on suspicion of drinking and driving and that there were six burglaries.
There were also 12 road accidents four of which resulted in injuries. In addition, 12 vehicles were stolen.
