The offences allegedly occurred in Devonshire on October 7, 2014.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted bail at $5,000 with one like surety and a trial date was set for April 30.

A 39-year-old Sandys man pleaded guilty to possessing 2.5g of cannabis when he also appeared in court this morning.

Mr Tokunbo ordered a social inquiry report and a drug assessment and adjourned sentencing to March 6.
