A 49-year-old woman has pleaded not guilty to dangerous driving charges relating to an incident where two men suffered broken bones.
Lynell Bettyann Blind, of Sandys parish, appeared at the monthly arraignments session at the Supreme Court yesterday.
She is accused of causing actual bodily harm to Michael DePonte and Jason DePonte by driving a car recklessly or dangerously on Middle Road on March 28, 2008.
Blind pleaded not guilty, and Chief Justice Richard Ground set October 5 as the date for her trial, bailing her until then.
No further information about the circumstances of the incident were given in court.
Blind's was the only new matter dealt with at arraignments yesterday.
