Graveyards attacked for third time

Vandals struck at St. Peter's Church graveyard in St. George's for the third time in a month.A headstone was knocked over between 6 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday, according to Police.It follows two attacks in the middle of December when antique tombstones, some dating back to the 1700s, were ripped out of the ground.

The cost of damage last month was hundreds of dollars, but church representatives say they are more concerned with the disrespect shown by the culprits.
