Parks Minister C.V. (Jim) Woolridge explained it would be in Government's best interest to buy the vacant lot as it was located between two other plots of Government land.

Parks Minister C.V. (Jim) Woolridge explained it would be in Government's best interest to buy the vacant lot as it was located between two other plots of Government land.
"Government are the only ones who could do something with it,'' he added.
Mr. Woolridge also said the land would be ideal for farming and that after it was purchased by Government for some $40,000, it would be leased for that purpose.
