Officers arrived at the scene around 8.30 p.m. on Monday and discovered a stolen livery cycle was ablaze. Five firefighters in two vehicles, from Central Station and Port Royal, attended although Port Royal was later notified that it was not needed because the fire had already been extinguished.

Inquiries into the incident were continuing. Anyone who has information regarding the incident is asked to contact the Police Cycle Squad at 295-0011.
