The Company was incorporated and registered under the laws of the Cayman Islands on March 9, 1999 as an exempted company.

The investment objective of the fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation through investment.

The Fund may invest in any of the markets in which the Investment Manager carries out research.

The investment manager will have complete discretion as to the nature of the investments made and will not be subject to any specific geographic, sector or market restrictions when undertaking investments.

They will initially focus upon the markets in the Asia Pacific region.
