Edwin Wilson, of Delaware, pleaded guilty in Magistrates' Court to possessing 1.48 grams of cannabis and 0.22 grams of cocaine when he arrived in Bermuda on May 15.

Insp. Peter Duffy, prosecuting, said 11 home-made cannabis cigarettes and vile containing the cocaine, which was 50 percent pure, were found in Wilson's luggage.

Wilson said the drugs were for his personal use, Insp. Duffy said.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis fined Wilson $200 on each charge.
