The deadline passed last week for employers to return form five of the Commission for Unity and Racial Equality forms giving a breakdown of racial make-up in the workplace for companies with ten or more employees.

A Government spokeswoman said forms had been "pouring in'' but no figures were available on how many had been returned.

The Chamber of Commerce, Bermuda International Business Association and the Employers Council said they hadn't heard of any boycott of the forms.
