Cabinet Secretary Leo Mills said no decision had been made on when or if Randy Horton will return to his post as assistant director of Tourism.

And Mr. Mills said he had no idea when the decision will be made.

Earlier this month Mr. Horton, 52, was cleared of conspiring to defraud the Government.

Last week the Attorney General's Chamber announced that they did not plan to appeal the verdict.

Horton has been suspended from his position at the Department of Tourism since July 26, 1995. At the time of Mr. Horton's acquittal Tourism Director Gary Phillips said he needed to meet with the Cabinet Secretary to discuss the matter before a decision was made.
