Law firm Telemaque and Associates filed the writ on Monday for Jermahl Davron Eve against the Commissioner of Police.

It is not known on what grounds the suit has been launched, but Mr. Eve is understood to have completed the requirements for joining the Service and even volunteered to Police that he had the now-extinct juvenile conviction.
