Executive officer of Human Rights Commission in court charged with assault

The executive officer of the Human Rights Commission, Major Kenneth Dill, yesterday elected a lower court trial when he appeared in Magistrates' Court charged with assault.
Dill, 49, of Southdown Farm, Southampton, was charged with assaulting Leyoni Juons and causing her bodily harm on May 17, 1994.
A Magistrates' Court trial was set for June 20, 1995. He is represented by lawyer Mr. Saul Froomkin.
Meanwhile, Junos, 33, of Paddock Drive, Warwick, is charged with assaulting Dill on the same date. Her Magistrates' Court trial was scheduled for July 4, 1995. She is represented by lawyer Mrs. Ann Cartwright DeCouto.
