Bermuda Home closed down 25 cents at $10 on volume of 727.

Bank of Bermuda fell 12.5 cents to close at $18.75 on volume of 3,004 while Staples preferred closed down 12.5 cents at $9 on volume of 761.

Trading unchanged were: Argus, $12, 3,900; and Bank of Butterfield, $11.625, 1,416.

Share volume was 9,808 with a value of $134,426.63.

BF&M announced a dividend of 22.5 cents per preferred share payable October 2 to shareholders of record September 29.

The company also announced a ten cent dividend for each common share payable October 13 to shareholders of record September 29.
