Bermuda Insurance Institute (BII) director of information Roger Scotton said, "Revenues raised from the event will go into the Institute's educational grants scheme, which is operated to assist insurance students in need.'' Peter Smith of the Not the Um Um cast said, "Our show is designed to shed humour on the Bermudian human condition. The show is more than an hour long and does include some of the skits that have been popularised by the cast during the winter tour of local clubs.'' The BII dinner/dance will include dance music by The Travellers. Airline tickets and travel vouchers will be among the raffle prizes. Tickets for the event are $135.
