The victim said she was in the company of a man she knew and after spending some time together, the man sexually assaulted her at around 3 p.m.

Police Community and Juvenile Services has begun inquiries.

In yesterday's session of plea court Graham Boyle admitted the charge of towing someone while operating his watercraft without another person present at least 12 years old or over.

The court heard that Boyle was pulling a person on water skis in Harrington Sound without a second person in his 20-foot craft.

The law requires that at least two people be in a watercraft when another person is being towed.

Marine Police in the area stopped Boyle and told him of the offence.

Boyle told the court, "It won't happen again,'' before Acting Senior Magistrate Edward King handed down the conditional discharge.

LAWYER NEEDED CLB Lawyer needed The Women's Resouce Centre is looking for a temporary court advocate to start working with the charity for a six-month stint.

The group's lawyer Susan Moore-Williams is taking a six-month break and a replacement is needed to work 20 hours a week.

The court advocate would provide legal advice and assistance to survivors of physical and sexual abuse, will assist with clients' preparations, undertake the training of Police Officers on the civil remedies contained in recent legislation, and also prepare and present seminars.

Lawyers who have been called to the Bermuda Bar will be given preference.
