HWP repair garage to re-open in July

Auto dealer Holmes, Williams and Purvey Ltd. (HWP) are set to re-open its new repair garage at the beginning of July. The company is also assuring customers that the extra facility will help reduce wait times.

CEO Alan Brooks told The Royal Gazette that the garage, which was purchased five months ago from the Terceira's Gas Station and is located on North Shore Road, has increased its capacity for repair space.

"Sales are strong," said Mr. Brooks. "We are taking on six technicians this week. The aim is to cut down the wait time on the repair service."

The company also hopes to set up a repair facility to repair gear boxes which are part of automatic vehicles.
