Police prosecutor Sgt. John Dale told Magistrates' Court Police saw Derrick Lambe driving in an erratic manner on Water Street in St. George's on May 29.

Lambe, of 3 Redcote Lane, St. George's, was taken to Hamilton Police Station where a sample of his breath was taken.

Lambe had 150 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
