Youth and Sport Minister by the middle of the month.

Board chairman the Hon. Sir John Sharpe said the Government-appointed body who wrote the report had sent it to Government Information Services.

GIS director Mr. Gavin Shorto said the department was completing "pre-press work'' before sending the final draft to the printers. This was expected to take two weeks.

The report would then go to Youth and Sport Minister the Hon. Pamela Gordon "with the expectation it will be released to the public'', Sir John told The Royal Gazette earlier.

The inquiry was launched in the wake of the arrest of the seven Under-23 football players at Miami International Airport last December.

The players, who pleaded no contest to possessing marijuana, were banned from international football until 1998 and suspended from local soccer until 1997.
