Mr. Scott cited immigration, education, and training programmes as being key focus areas for creating employment opportunities for Bermudians. And he attacked the UBP's immigration policy -- which he said was "flawed'' and perceived by employees as "protecting the interests of non-Bermudians more than it does the interests of Bermudians''.
