Bermuda Stock Exchange yesterday, closing at 321 on volume of 1,518. It was also a good day for Bermuda Financial Centre Ltd., which plans to redevelop the Bermudiana Hotel, gaining 25 cents to close at $8.75 on volume of 300.

Telco stock also went up by 25 cents, ending the day at $38.50 on volume of 212. The Bank of Bermuda remained at $20 on volume of 1,518.

Bermuda Commercial Bank was the only stock to fall, dropping by $1 to $107 on volume of 1,500.

Trading unchanged was the common stock of BF&M, which closed at $6.50 on volume of 8,782, and BF&M nine percent preference stock, which closed to $9 on volume of 2,500.

The Exchange Index closed at 1,148.32 -- up by 5.37 points.
