has passed his Certified Water Specialist examination at the annual convention of the Water Quality Association in San Antonio, Texas.

Mr. Palmer, who runs Bermuda Boiler Specialists and Reverse Osmosis Systems Ltd. is believed to be the first qualified Water Specialist on the Island.

Some 2,500 delegates attended the convention and 400 manufacturers had products on display.
