The deal concluded with the acquisition of the remaining 75 percent of CBM shares, according to Bloomberg business news service. The company now owns all the issued and outstanding shares of CBM, which, through subsidiary companies, controls a 49 percent interest in the Zeravshan Mining Project in the Republic of Tajikistan.

The company also recently completed a public offering of up to 16,750,000 common shares worth $54,437,500.
