Bermuda Stock Exchange yesterday. Over $1.29 million worth of notes changed hands. The Bank of Bermuda said there was nothing unusual about the trade.

"We just matched a buyer and a seller,'' said a trader.

Belco stock fell by 50 cents to close at $19.50 on volume of 591 and the Bank of Bermuda dropped by $3 to $22.50 on volume of 651.

The Exchange Index closed at 1,166.07 -- down by 10.66.
