Premiership Somerset dropped into the newly instituted promotion/relegation play-offs at the weekend after crashing 2-1 to Devonshire Cougars.

Ireland Rangers' 0-0 draw with Somerset Eagles was enough to secure them second place in the First Division and set up the clash with the Trojans.

The pair will do battle tomorrow at Somerset CC in the first leg and the second leg will follow on Friday night at the same venue. Both games have been given a 7.30 p.m. kick-off.

In the event of the teams being tied at the end of the second leg, penalty kicks will decide the outcome.
