The Gibbons Deposit Company has submitted a scheme for their site on Reid Street, renovating the Philips House building and turning it into five storeys of offices.

Plans submitted to the Development Applications Board include demolition of the existing premises, which closed earlier this year, taking down a storage building and excavating the site.

The new facility will feature five levels of office space and will retain the existing facades, which will be upgraded.

Meanwhile, Mr. E. Williams has entered plans for new electrical company premises on Palmetto Road.

The project includes offices, electrical repair, sales and storage areas.
