Glen Richardson, of Frog Lane, pleaded guilty in Magistrates' Court to possessing cocaine on May 20 in Pembroke.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Kenrick James said officers saw Richardson pull something out of his pocket and throw it on the ground.

Sgt. James said the officers picked up a folded $2 bill and found a rock-like substance in the money. It was later analysed as 75-percent pure cocaine.

Richardson told Magistrate the Wor. Edward King: "The officers took it out of my pocket. I didn't throw it down.''
