Glen White of Summit View, Hamilton Parish denied owning Pitbulls which barked day and night between January and April.

Yesterday, Marie and Michael Picard said they complained about the dogs numerous times before calling the Police.

Lawyer Philip Perinchief, representing White, challenged the couple's account and said no other neighbours had ever complained about noise.

Senior Magistrate Will Francis adjourned the case until January.
