has reported an after-tax loss of $17.4 million for the quarter ended June 30.

The company netted $2.2 million during the same quarter last year.

For the first six months of the year, the company lost $19.5 million, compared with a $5.4 million profit in 1999.

Radica, headquartered in Hong Kong, announced it completed the restructuring of its worldwide operations.
