host a third Small Business Networking Cocktail Reception on Thursday, July 20 between 5.30 and 8 p.m. at the Harbour Room, Number One Shed in Hamilton.

"The networking event will provide a forum for local small business entrepreneurs to meet other like-minded small business owners in an informal setting,'' a press release said.

"Today's entrepreneur must understand the basic rules of networking, one of which is quickly following through and delivering on promises.'' Bankers, accountants and e-commerce solutions providers will also be on hand to discuss the services that they offer to assist small businesses. The event will be co-sponsored by the Bank of Bermuda and Colonial Insurance.

"We're delighted to be co-sponsoring this event,'' said Danny Fox, Senior Vice President of the Bank of Bermuda.

"We hope that this reception will give local small business owners the opportunity to meet with people in a similar situation to themselves in order to share ideas.''
