Among the speakers will be Premier the Hon. Sir John Swan, Opposition leader Mr. Frederick Wade, and several clergymen.
In addition, children from Prospect Primary and Gilbert Institute will take part in a symbolic walk to the City Hall. It will commemorate the courage and determination shown by South Africans who have fought for the right to vote.
The programme kicks off at 12.30 p.m.
