Stock Exchange yesterday, with the highlight of the day being trading worth $267,500 in the Bank of Bermuda's nine percent notes, which fell by $5 .
The Bank of Bermuda's common stock fell by 50 cents to $20.50 on volume of 545 and Bermuda Commercial Bank dropped by 50 cents to $10 on volume of 100. Argus Insurance shares traded unchanged at $12 on volume of 100.
BF&M stock, which has been affected by negative publicity over Bermuda Fire & Marine, did not trade. A bid of $6 was put in but nobody would sell for less than $7.50. These values are well short of BF&M's 1993-high of $11.
