Clifford Westmore Simmons, 25, of Parsonage Lane, Sandys, was searched by Police at White Hill Field in Sandys Parish.

They found a brown paper twist in his left sock which contained plant like material and another twist in his front right pants pocket containing another substance.

An analysis of the twists' contents found Simmons had 0.3 grams of cannabis and 0.02 grams of cannabis resin.

When asked by Magistrate Edward King if he could pay the fine, Simmons asked for a time to pay and was given a week to pay the $300 fine.
