Friday that its chairman and CEO, Mr. Victor Blake, will assume full-time responsibility commencing in January.

Mr. Blake currently serves as chairman and CEO of LaSalle Re, as well as CEO of the CNA Reinsurance Group, which includes London-based insurer CNA International Reinsurance Company Ltd.

Mr. Blake will continue to serve CNA in a non-executive capacity as chairman of the board of the CNA Reinsurance Group. He will also continue as the founding chairman of the London Underwriting Centre.

Mr. William Adamson Jr. will succeed Mr. Blake as CEO of CNA Reinsurance Group and will also serve as deputy chairman of LaSalle Re.
