Teenager arrested after `road rage'
before punching his 30-year-old daughter when she intervened was arrested by Police this weekend.
The clash happened after the victim nearly collided with the cycle rider as he drove south on Frog Lane on Sunday at 2 p.m.
Both parties stopped their vehicles and the 18-year-old Smith's man allegedly approached the driver and struck him on the head with the helmet and knocked him to the ground.
He allegedly continued the assault and punched the woman when she tried to help her father.
Passersby broke up the fight and Police arrested the suspect.
The victim was taken to hospital where he was treated for lacerations and bruising to the head and face.

Damage was caused to the ceiling and part of the roof after the two machines blew up. A spokesman for Bermuda Fire Brigade said last night the incident was under investigation, but it is believed the explosion could have been caused by propane gas vapours escaping from the machines and igniting. Nobody was injured.
