Company chiefs facing allegations of fraud
by two Americans who have left a trail of angry investors behind them, The Royal Gazette can reveal.
Kuwait's royal family are among investors chasing Dr. Gilbert Beinhocker and Mr. Gregory Plunkett for millions of dollars.
Civil lawsuits have been filed against both men in the United States, alleging fraud and misuse of investors' funds.
One US court has previously found them guilty of "oppressive conduct'' towards minority shareholders in one of their schemes.
Now some people fear for the future of American Russian Cosmos, a joint US/Russian venture which was formed in Bermuda last year.
The company aims to change the lives of some 300 million people by providing a satellite communications system for the republics which made up the former Soviet Union.
