Drug addict fined

William Gayle Samuel Gumbs, of St. Monica's Road, pleaded guilty to possessing the device on September 13, this year.Crown counsel Cindy Clarke told Acting Magistrate Tyrone Chin that at about 9.20 a.m., on Court Street,
$250 fine.
William Gayle Samuel Gumbs, of St. Monica's Road, pleaded guilty to possessing the device on September 13, this year.
Crown counsel Cindy Clarke told Acting Magistrate Tyrone Chin that at about 9.20 a.m., on Court Street, Police spotted Gumbs acting suspiciously.
When he saw Police, he left the spot and made his way through a neighbourhood area, throwing a device on top of a roof.
Police pursued and caught Gumbs and then retrieved the device from the roof.
The device was tested by the Government Analyst and found to have residue consistent with the free base form of crack cocaine.
Mr. Chin fined Gumbs $250 to be paid by the end of February.
