RSL, which completed a $300 million senior note offering last October, was formed by Ronald S. Lauder.
RSL was formed in 1994 to provide international and domestic telephone services, including long distance calling to more than 200 countries, calling card and private line services.
The company focuses on providing international long distance voice services to small and medium sized businesses. RSL has operations in the US, UK, France, Germany, Sweden and Finland. -- Bloomberg
