Anthony W. DeMoura, of Middle Road, denied assaulting his brother Richard DeMoura on September 23. He also pleaded not guilty to unlawfully assaulting and doing bodily harm to his brother on September 24.

Magistrate the Wor. Edward King granted DeMoura $500 bail and set his trial for March 6 in Magistrates' Court.
