director and major shareholder Mr. Alex Scott MP said yesterday.

Mr. Scott made the comment after the company was included on a warning schedule from the Registrar of Companies. The schedule included several companies that, if they do not respond within three months of the October 21, 1994 publication date, will be struck from the register and dissolved.

Mr. Scott said he believed Scott Crafts was on the list possibly because of an "administrative'' error and the company is "in no danger of being struck from the register''.

The company was late in filing a return outlining its operational structure with the Registrar of Companies this year, he added, but any confusion about the company's future in connection with the schedule should be cleared soon, he added.

Scott Crafts, a advertising ublic relations onsulting company, was started in the mid-1960s and recently underwent a downsizing of operations. It operates out of offices leased from lawyer and long-time political colleague of Mr.

Scott, Lois Browne-Evans MP.
