The carrier is bracing itself for a shutdown on July 7, but has a variety of back-ups ready to try and minimise the disruption.
A spokesman told The Royal Gazette that they were hoping industrial action by 5,000 flight attendants would be called off after an improved pension deal was proposed.
But she said if action went ahead, then Bermuda passengers could be transferred to other carriers or would be able to get refunds or credits.
There were no plans to cancel flights yet, but the situation would be reviewed early next month.
The possible strike follows a stoppage by pilots last September, which crippled the airline. Then, Bermuda passengers were flown by other carriers serving the Island.
