cruise ship passenger have completed their initial file of evidence.

The 22-year-old Zenith passenger told investigating officers that the assault took place behind the public toilets in Par-la-Ville Park around 4 a.m. on Tuesday.

A 20-year-old male has been arrested in connection with the incident.

The file will be presented to the Attorney General's Chambers this morning, pending an appearance in Magistrates' Court by the accused.
