The agreement means Jones Waddington will be able to reference clients to Coldwell's 2,940 real estate offices worldwide. Coldwell in turn will be able to refer clients to Jones Waddington's 11 real estate representatives. The real estate division has been renamed Coldwell Banker JW Bermuda Island Affiliate.

Jones Waddington's valuation, property management and land surveying divisions will remain under the same name at the offices on Brunswick Street. The company is owned by Arthur Jones and Ian Waddington.
