Bermuda leading the way in active trading.

The Exchange closed up .76 points at 1166.62.

The Bank of Bermuda was up 12.5 cents at $22.75 on volume of 210 shares.

The increase offset declines in both utilities in the only other price changes of the day.

Belco closed down 25 cents at $19.75 on volume of 929 shares while Telco also slipped 25 cents to $40 on volume of 250.

Other issues trading unchanged were: Bermuda Fire & Marine, five cents on volume of 26,580; BF&M, $9.375, 200 shares; Bank of Butterfield, $28.50, 2000 shares; Bermuda Bakery, $17.25 on volume of 340 shares; and Long Botham Boats, $8.50, 600 shares.
