months yesterday after he admitted using threatening behaviour in a public place.

Michael Eugene Douglas, of Narrow Lane, pleaded guilty to the charge which stemmed from an incident on May 10 at Water Street in St. George's.

Magistrates' Court heard that Police officers on foot patrol near Water Street heard a verbal altercation taking place and upon investigating found Douglas and another man confronting one another.

Douglas was seen to be acting aggressively, said Police prosecutor Sgt. Phil Taylor, and was warned repeatedly about his behaviour.

However he was arrested after ignoring Police and telling his adversary that he was going to get him and that he was going to do him harm, said Sgt.

Taylor.

Senior Magistrate William Francis gave the man a conditional discharge after considering his age and told him: "Take that as a warning''.
