That's the claim of the company's local manager Mr. Ian Davis.

He said the new roomy setting gave the airline a chance to expand its Bermudian operation.

And to celebrate the move the airline has given away two tickets to Europe, including a three-night stay in Toronto. Ms Lisa Hunt, of BF&M Management, was the lucky winner.

"We were overwhelmed at the response to the promotion and it just underscores the fact that Air Canada is really going places,'' said Mr. Davis.

The airline offers daily trips to Canada and connections to England and Europe.
