Omar Young, 25, of Lookout Lane, pleaded not guilty to the offence, which allegedly took place in Pembroke on February 10.

The court heard that Young was due to travel overseas in the next few days compelling Senior Magistrate Will Francis to set a trial for yesterday afternoon. Young was bailed in the amount of $800 with a like surety.

Later yesterday afternoon, Young returned to court and said he was not going away until next week so the matter was adjourned until May 17. Young was ordered to surrender all travel documents.
